After releasing his new single "Deep On Me" and announcing his sophomore album dropping, Ookay is back with "Weekends," the second single from his highly-anticipated full-length LP dropping in the fall. His transition from DJ/producer to well-rounded artist (singer, writer, producer etc.) continues in full flow, with the San Diego native offering a pop-tinged, pseudo-love song that showcases his growing, diverse style and deep pool of musical influences.

I've got a fun one for you right here from mashup king Kap Slap. Now normally we don't usually post mashups, but this combo of tunes really tickled my fancy. Let's run down the list of tunes featured in this one: "Heathens" from Twenty One Pilots, Skrillex and Rick Ross' "Purple Lamborghini", Martin Garrix's and Bebe Rexha's "In The Name Of Love", Ookay's "Thief", TroyBoi and GrandTheft's "Sneaky", and last but certainly not least Jaykode and Party Theive's epic trap tune "Origin". BUZZZMIX VOL. 33 - BKAYE

Who's having fun today? I know we are having a blast in the BB office because we're psyched to release our next installment in the Buzzzmix Series. Vol. 33 comes from a fresh up-and-coming SoCal producer BKAYE. We came across his music earlier this year and were super impressed, we even invited him to play a BB show in San Francisco. His latest remix of "Ruins" by Ryder is crushing the soundcloud plays and charted in the top 5 on HypeM, and it also starts of this delicious future feels mix. [PREMIERE] OOKAY - THIEF (GRIMECRAFT REMIX)

We've seen a number of remixes of this track over the past few months - as we should the original is tite! Most of them have been really great, but our homie Grimecraft just won us over with this next premiere! This Bay Area producer calls his style "video game bangers" which I think is brilliant, and he puts his cherry future bass sounds all over "Thief" by Ookay that's full of glitchy beats and lush melodies -- nailed it!
