BUZZZMIX VOL. 43 - JULIUS JETSON

It’s been a little over a year since Julius Jetson released his last mix, and a lot has happened in that time. He started a record label back in June called Ghetto Ghetto, and he's been slowly building up a catalog of darker house tracks that they plan to release over the next year. Since he's hitting the road over the next couple months, he wanted to make a mix to showcase all the cool music he's signed to the label as well as some of his own unreleased tracks. This one is super fun!!

XYLØ - DEAD END LOVE (VASTA & N2N REMIX)

Time to get a little deeper with this combo of BB regulars XYLØ, Vasta and N2N. "Dead End Love" is definitely a favorite of the XYLØ releases (hell I pretty much like them all), but Vasta and N2N have a concocted a deeper version of the tune that's much more sweaty warehouse friendly. Honestly the first time I heard the tune I thought the way the vocals warped around in the chorus was a little jarring, but on second listen it started to gel and then became totally groovy. This is perfect for that afterhours joint and definitely keeps things kickin'. You can nab this as a free download here.

EAU CLAIRE - ALL THE WONDER (N2N REMIX)

Well this is an awesome combination of names that has resulted into a juicy record that has got me in such an introspective mood. Eau Claire's been a frequent contributor to our pages, and N2N certainly hasn't been a stranger either. If you have heard N2N's awesome new original "Mistress (ft. Yaarrohs)" then you might start to understand the sound reflected in this remix. Eau Claire's original has more of an upbeat disco vibe to it while N2N's version has taken a deeper more intriguing approach that flips us into another dimension. Channeling the late night vibes, this remix features a lead melody that calmly swoops around as the bass grooves us into a sense of ease. We've heard there are more remixes due from Eau Claire's "All the Wonder" EP soon, but until then you can swoop this as a free download here.   

[PREMIERE] N2N X VICTOR OLIVER & VICENTINI - BARBARA

Well this is a hell of a way to start my hump day! I've seen some really cool remixes and collaborations come down the pipe from N2N. Following up from hit tropical mixes of Destiny's Child, ABC and Thriller we're treated to another fun tune in this great rework of Duck Sauce's enormous hit "Barbara Streisand." Coming together with Brazilian duo Victor Oliver & Vicentini, the guys have completely redone the original chilling it down to a juicy deep house cut with a rap vox and a vocoded vox towards the end that solidifies this as a total party jam! You can get this set spicer as a free download here. 

SAINT WKND - LOST (RUNAWAY) (N2N & AKKI REMIX)

Alright it's Tuesday and you know we've got some brand spankin' new music for ya! Today I'm supporting another amazing remix of Saint WKND's "Lost (Runaway)," this time Brooklyn's N2N and Sydney transplant AKKI have co-authored this deep take on the original. N2N recently released a killer remix of the Jackson 5's "ABC" which received so much attention it got signed by Universal for official release. Now to to "Lost (Runaway)" this tune glides along encapsulating INGLSH's haunting vocals in bind of piano, melodic synths and a deep bass.
