Just a few short weeks ago I was melting in Palm Springs along with 1/2 the world during that great big festival in the desert! I don't actually go to Coachella - thinking about spending hours and hours in the sun buying $5 waters and $15 hamburgers while dodging thousands of 20 somethings who are more concerned about their outfits than the music gives me anxiety! I go to Palm Springs during Coachella for the pool parties and after parties because usually my friends are either playing these parties are throwing them. This year I was introduced to Los Angeles duo Nightowls by their agent, and they actually told me how much they love BB and all the artists we support! About 3 minutes into our conversation I knew Nightowls were the homies, and then they let me hang out in their air conditioned room and drink their booze - two very important things to have when at Coachella! When this young producer took the stage at our SXSW day party this year, things got heated - in a good way! Cavalier brought his heavy trap sound full force to a crowded room, and we loved every minute! This week he drops his latest fire with new remix "Don't Do Too Much" by Tunji Ige & ILOVEMAKONNEN, and it's kicking off my morning will all that delicious low end! Yummy!

I've had to get up hella early the past few mornings to .... well... work.  We're talking early - like 6am early!
